This ITB refers to procurement of Reconstruction of the three-storey building of the Kashkadarya Regional Branch of the Republican Center for the Prevention of Plague, Quarantine and Especially Dangerous Infections (Uzbekistan).

A1: BOQ (3.3 ITB_2025_56688_Small Works_Section VI_Returnable Schedule_BOQ.xlsx) is a mandatory document to be completed and submitted as part of the bid package. This document can be found/downloeaded from the Sub-tab "Tender Information" under Tab "Tender Information". The completed BOQ shall be uploaded to "Schedule 4.1 [Fees and Reimbursable Cost] & Schedule 4.1.B [Daily Rate Schedule] (BOQ)_EXCEL FORMAT" through Sub-tab "Document Checklist" of Tab "Vendor Submission"
