    Description

    Thurrock Council has a requirement for the provision of asset valuations with the objective to:-
    i. Provide the most cost effective valuations within the resources of the Council;
    ii. Provide a valuation methodology that satisfies the external auditors without recourse to a full scale "Red Book" valuation for properties;
    iii. Continuously improve the standard of Asset management at the Authority.
