    Description

    Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take demolition of two residential house blocks at 1-8 Riverview, Saltmill, Saltash JCT design & build contract. The project comprises of the demolition of two residential house blocks comprising of 8No flats, including the removal and carting away of ALL superstructure and substructure arisings (to include, but be not limited to, grubbing out of foundations, services and enclosures, external pathways and paving, fly tip items etc) to create a 'fallow' grass seed graded site secured by permanent perimeter boulders to prevent unauthorised access and use of the site. Provide suitable and sufficient boundary hoarding to protect adjacent building, paths and roads etc during the construction phase. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works.
    The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 60% Quality and 40% Price.
