Introduction

The United Nations agencies at the UN House in Dar es Salaam are seeking backup Internet Service Provider (ISP) to meet their minimum requirements. The UNDP, representing the participating agencies, will sign a contract with the selected ISP. This Internet connection will support the UN agencies' daily activities and ensure network services remain operational during primary link outages. The service should be offered at a fixed monthly fee based on the chosen plan, with a dedicated Fiber optic connection. The service must be highly stable and reliable, with 24/7/365 technical assistance and helpdesk support. The contractor shall provide Internet connection to the UN House located at PSSSF Building, Plot No. 3, along Sam Nujoma Road, Ubungo, Dar es Salaam.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
