The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites qualified and interested companies to submit request for quotation (RFQ) for the design and printing of ILO documents.

Interested agencies are invited to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) addressed to the Director, ILO Country Office for Nepal, Dhobighat, Nayabato, Lalitpur, containing “one copy of Company registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration, updated tax clearance certificate etc.” at the latest by Monday, 07 April 2025 (17:30 hrs) to ktm_procurement@ilo.org. The previous bidders no need to re-apply and their application remains valid.
The tender contains sustainability considerations related to human rights, fundamental principles and rights at work, occupational health and safety, fairly traded goods, targeted employment of people with disabilities, etc.
