Dear Prospective Bidder,

You are invited to submit your offer for Invitation to bid for the Establishment of Long-Terms Agreement (LTA) for the Procurement of Tyres for WHO Vehicles in Pakistan.

Items Needed: As per the attached (ANNEX 1).

  • A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may notify WHO via email at the following address latest by 3 April 2025 to the following email:

    •                         emacopaktender@who.int 

  • The bidder shall submit, in writing, the complete technical and financial offers in a sealed envelope along with USB containing the editable excel file (Annex 6) to WHO, no later than 9 April 2025 at 16:00 hours Pakistan time (“the closing date”), to the following address:

    DELIVERY:

  • Earliest possible delivery time, delivery time more than 40 days may not be considered.

    • The submitted offers should include the following documents:

  • A technical offer, as described under the ITB part 2 and requirements in Annex 1;
  • A financial offer should be submitted using the attached excel template (Annex 6) including all details, letterheaded with a soft copy on a USB drive.
  • Vendor Information Form, duly completed and signed by a person or persons duly authorized to represent the bidder, to submit an offer and to bind the bidder to the terms of this ITB. (Annex 2)
  • Signed/Stamped General Terms and Conditions (Annex – 3)
  • A filled and signed self-declaration form, (Annex 4).
