Description

Wigan Council is seeking specialist research services to deliver a waste compositional analysis.. The project involves undertaking a waste compositional analysis of the borough's household waste. The research will be split into three distinct three distinct parts:
a) Kerbside Collected Waste
b) Household Waste Recycling Centres
c) Litter Bins
