Description

1) The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals , IRMCT, Arusha Branch will shortly launch a competitive solicitation exercise to dispose by commercial sale the used computers and printers on an “as is where is” basis, without warranty. 2) The commercial sale will include the following items: - Computer:Desktop/ Quantity : 80 - Monitor / Quantity : 68 - Printer ,Laser /Quantity : 4 3) Please be informed that the computers will be sold without hard drive and operating systems. 4) Full technical requirements and administrative instructions will be provided with the solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI. However, it should be noted that the goods are being sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 5) Please note that this request for expression of interest is not an invitation to submit a bid and submission of EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of solicitation documents. 6) The IRMCT reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline 7) Companies interested in being considered for shortlisting for receipt of the IRMCT solicitation document are requested to submit a Expression of Interest electronically before the closing date on Monday, 7 April 2025 at 14:00 hrs, Tanzania local time. 8) If you are interested in the sale, please notify the IRMCT Procurement by email at irmct-procurement@un.org (cc. fariala@un.org) or express you interest by returning the Vendor Response Form via the UNGM portal no later than the EOI’s Closing Date.
