    Description

    Palladium as the delivery partner for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) funded UK Partnering for Accelerate Climate Transitions (UK PACT) programme invites you to submit a quotation for the services detailed in this Request For Quotation.

    Please forward your quote in accordance with the Details for Submission above by the Close Date and Time. This RFQ includes the following materials:

    Summary

    Malaysia is preparing to chair ASEAN in 2025 and has plans to establish an ASEAN Common Carbon Framework (ACCF). The creation of a regional carbon market through the ACCF will play a key role in accelerating climate action across Southeast Asia.

    This RFQ seeks a supplier to support Malaysia in this initiative by establishing the governance structure and institutional framework for the ACCF, as well as enhancing regional understanding of the ACCF's potential as a carbon market policy.

    Key activities will include conducting demand scoping activities, and designing, facilitating and delivering a series of capacity building trainings and a workshop.
