Scope of Services:
Provide an online assessment that efficiently manages a high volume of applications.
"Offer an 'off the shelf' solution that evaluates candidates against UKNNL values and behaviours."
Ensure the assessment is suitable for both graduate and apprentice candidates, considering their varying levels of skill, knowledge, and life experience.
Mobile-enabled, recognising that mobile phones are the preferred device for many candidates.
Short in length, able to complete in 20 minutes or less without a time limit, engaging, and capable of providing timely feedback.
Support multiple languages to accommodate non-native English speakers.
Maintain completion rates over 90%.
Provide round-the-clock technical support.
Integrate with UKNNL's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Tribepad, to ensure efficient communication and process management.
Allow for UKNNL branding to enhance the candidate experience.
Provide all candidates with a performance report highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development.
Demonstrate protection of personal candidate data in compliance with UKNNL CISO requirements.
Hold Cyber Essentials certification.
Cater for candidates with accessibility issues, providing reasonable adjustments such as extra time for those with conditions like dyslexia or neurodiverse conditions.
Ensure the assessment does not adversely impact candidates from minority groups, including females, ethnic minorities, those from low socio-economic backgrounds, and neurodiverse candidates.
Prevent candidates from using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT during the assessment to ensure the measurement of true potential. Please provide detail.
Deliver comprehensive training on the assessment to the UKNNL Early Careers Team.
Provide regular project updates during the design and development phases.
Offer ongoing support during the campaign to address queries and issues promptly.
Conduct a full review of results and lessons learned at the end of the campaign.
Provide recommendations for future campaigns.
