    Description

    This Future Opportunity Notice (FON) with Request for Preliminary Information and expressions of interest is issued as part of an options appraisal process for Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust).
    The Trust maternity team seeks Expressions of Interest in providing, and Preliminary Information about, an application for remote monitoring of the condition of patients who have gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).
    The request is in the context that the contract for the present application for this purpose used by the Trust expires on 30 June 2025 so the Trust will require to procure a replacement and seeks information as to current applications available in the market regarding GDM monitoring.
