Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a contract for uniformed enforcement services, requirements including: 

The issuing of Fixed Penalty Notices, patrolling and education for specified Environmental Enforcement offences. 

The potential provision of additional uniformed resources to support the development of Community Safety within Barnsley.
