NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (herein 'the Authority') invites interested Providers to attend this market engagement session pertaining to the re-opening of the 'Framework Agreement for Contracts', previously referred to as the PDPS for Voluntary Sector and SME Specialist Contracts Framework.
This engagement session that will be held via Microsoft Webinar on Thursday 27th February 2025 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
Following on from the initial opening of the Framework Arrangement as advertised on the 04th December 2023, this market engagement event will offer an opportunity to engage with stakeholders and for prospective providers to learn more about the Framework and the re-opening of this second tranche. The procurement process and timetable will also be shared.
The session will be recorded and all materials, including the slides, will be shared with via the e-procurement portal https://attain.bravosolution.co.uk/

The relevant documentation will be available within the 'SQ_117 - Framework VCSOs/SMEs (PDPS) Re-opening for NHS MSE ICB" project.
The closing date for registering attendance is Thursday 27th February 2025 at 10:30hrs.
The service that this market engagement relates is within scope of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). The Authority is bound only by the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply.
