    Description

    The London Borough of Ealing (the Authority), is seeing the appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced developer for the redevelopment of part of the Gurnell Leisure Centre site (as identified in the Memorandum of Information (MOI). The process for the award of this contract is a Competitive Dialogue procedure governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCRs) as amended. This Competitive Dialogue procedure comprises of two separate stages. This first stage is the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) stage and requires the submission of the completed SQ .The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge at https://ealinglbc-atamis.my.site.com/login
