Contratação de consultoria especializada para a execução de um plano de fortalecimento em gestão de pessoas na Justiça Federal do Ceará, incluindo a implementação de um sistema de gestão de desempenho, criação de banco de talentos, desenvolvimento de liderança e dimensionamento adequado das equipes, garantindo a valorização dos servidores e o alinhamento estratégico das ações de gestão de pessoas. 

ATIVIDADES PREVISTAS:

1. Elaborar plano de trabalho detalhado, incluindo a metodologia, as atividades e o cronograma da consultoria, abrangendo todas as etapas dos produtos contratados, com foco na construção e proposta de metodologias, fluxos e processos.
2. Acompanhar as equipes do PNUD e da JFCE em reuniões de articulação institucional relacionadas a cada produto, garantindo a integração e adequação das entregas à realidade da JFCE.
3. Realizar revisões necessárias sobre insumos e normativas da JFCE e serviço judiciário relacionadas aos produtos, garantindo que todas as atividades estejam alinhadas com as diretrizes e políticas da instituição.
4. Prestar assessoria estratégica à JFCE e ao PNUD com foco no fortalecimento da gestão estratégica de pessoas e na implementação de soluções personalizadas para os desafios da instituição.

Hiring of specialized consultancy services for the implementation of a strengthening plan in people management at the Federal Court of Ceará, including the implementation of a performance management system, creation of a talent pool, leadership development, and proper sizing of teams, ensuring the appreciation of civil servants and the strategic alignment of people management actions.

3. ACTIVITIES

1. Develop a detailed work plan, including the methodology, activities, and schedule of the consultancy, covering all stages of the contracted deliverables, with a focus on designing and proposing methodologies, workflows, and processes.
2. Support UNDP and Federal Court of Ceará (JFCE) teams in institutional coordination meetings related to each deliverable, ensuring integration and alignment of the outputs with the reality of JFCE.
3. Conduct necessary reviews of JFCE inputs and regulations, as well as judiciary service-related norms, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the institution’s guidelines and policies.
4. Provide strategic advisory support to JFCE and UNDP with a focus on strengthening strategic people management and implementing tailored solutions to the institution’s challenges.
