    Description

    North West Leicestershire District Council are inviting Tenders for the supply of property valuations and market rent assessments. The assessments will be required for both residential and commercial units that are located in the North West Leicestershire area.

    The majority of the work will relate to Right to Buy property valuations and will need to be undertaken strictly within a prescribed deadline of 10 days to enable the Council to meet its statutory deadlines. The nature of the work is demand-led and therefore there may only be one assessment required in a single day. There will not be an opportunity to delay the visits to enable multiple visits per day.

    The initial contract period is three years and will commence in September 2024.

    There is an option to extend the contract for a further 24 months, in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business need, and at the sole discretion of the Customer. The maximum contract period is therefore five years.
