What is an open procedure (below threshold)?
Any interested supplier may submit a tender in response to an opportunity notice. This procedure can be used for procurements below the relevant contract value threshold. Contract is suitable for SMEs?Yes Contract is suitable for VCSEs?No DescriptionCambridgeshire County Council (CCC) acting in its role as a lender, invites quotations for the provision of RICS Red Book valuations and associated advice for a portfolio of 13 predominantly residential development sites mainly located in Cambridgeshire (one in Hertfordshire). The sites are owned by This Land Development Ltd (TL) an arm's length development company, wholly owned by CCC. There are a further 5 assets (in Essex and one in Suffolk) where TL has a contractual arrangement in place to promote the sites through the planning process and consideration of the value to the company of these contracts is required. Initial valuations are required within a 6 week period from appointment (no later than the 13th November 2024), with the contract remaining open for two years with possible extension.
