Detailed description
The works comprise alterations to part of the ground floor of an existing building which is currently in shell condition only. The project will involve the creation of a new reception area, consultancy offices, meeting room, kitchenette, storage area and remodelled toilets etc. The new office space will be Part M compliant and have updated/new mechanical, electrical and HVAC installations. The full scope of the required works is detailed in the tender package.
