The Services comprise of a SaaS solution that provides a unified dashboard and inbox for omni-channel communications with members of the public in Ireland. This solution would enable customers of MABS to chat with a member of MABS staff through WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Twitter direct messaging, Instagram direct messaging, and an online web chat function on mabs.ie
