In summary, the project will comprise:
• 2 Classroom SEN 160 m2
• Central activity space 70m2
• 2 User Assisted WC 15 m2
Total floor area incl circulation and internal wall of 439m2 (please see attached DES Schedule for 1 Classroom SEN Base)
Also:
• Secure soft play area 100 m2
• Sensory garden 200m2
• 6 parking spaces
The approximate level of grant is €1,140,000 including VAT & Fees.
