Detailed description
The project involves the creation of a new immersive visitor experience titled the Norman Centre, within two iconic unused quayside properties on South Quay close to the Dunbrody Ship, an existing visitor attraction. This experience will be focussed on the Norman theme, the historic Wexford Norman story and the iconic Norman Knight William Marshal and his wife Isabel.
Procurement of a fully integrated architectural design team to take this project from preliminary design stage through to construction, fitout and handover, to include the following principal disciplines:
• Architectural Design & Project Management Services including design team lead
• Civil & Structural Engineering Services
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services
• Quantity Surveyor Services
• Public Procurement and contract Administration Services
