Detailed description
The project involves provision of open market valuations, provision of strategic advices in respect of the St. Brigid's Campus (H53 N243) and ancillary lands and buildings, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway - with the overall aim of disposing of the majority of the lands and buildings to achieve most advantageous outcome for HSE and relevant Stakeholders.
HSE are seeking to appoint expert Property Services Providers for:
a) Valuation work
b) Provision of Strategic Advices for disposal of surplus lands / buildings.
c) Provide assistance / Expert advice in assessment of Tender Proposals
