Refurbishment & upgrade works to ground floor of South wing of former workhouse accommodation block as day care service centre to include upgrade of existing toilets & provision of new Part M assisted toilet, partial demolition of existing walls & construction of new to provide office space/staff rooms & kitchenette, selected window replacement, internal insulation, installation of fire doors, siteworks to provide new outdoor seating area/set down area/sports fence/adjustment of existing services together with ancillary and associated works at St. Brendan’s HSE Campus, Lake Road, Loughrea, Co. Galway, H62 VY76 on behalf of HSE West.
