Electrical work renovations being carried out in Deerparh House Cashel for BPHA Detailed description The scope of the works are listed below and shown on the accompanying electrical layout plans. The plans show the location and quantity of double sockets, light switches, centre lights and data/tv points Totals to allow for are : Double sockets 34 Data/Tv points 8 Switches 23 Light points 24 Additionally allow for wiring to 2 no electric showers, 4 no external lighting bulkheads, heating time clock and boiler controls, cooker switch, cooker extract fan, supply and fit extractor fans to 4 bathrooms An intruder alarm is to be allowed for, contacts on the 4 exit doors. Allow for fitting of a new meter cabinet externally (currently in the garage. Fitting of new meter to external wall to be scheduled to minimise time without power) A new fuse board for all the electrics listed will be located in the utility room. Provide for all required earthing and provide ECTI Cert on completion of works. Please provide a separate cost estimate for the FIRE Works as outlined below. FIRE ALARM WORKS The Additional Plans ( Brendan Moore plans) show the required fire alarm works and fittings to be provided as part of an LD1 fire alarm system. Include for 19 smoke heads, 6 Carbon monoxide heads, 1 heat detector, 6 no Emergency lights, 1 twin spot external emergency light, Break glass points, all as per the drawings provided. Supply and fit 9 no Easi- swing door closers to the GF fire doors , connected back to fire alarm panel. (Closers to be passive in normal mode, but close the door on activation of the fire alarm) Provide Test certification on the fire panel on completion of the installation.
