Liverpool City Council, in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) and National Museums Liverpool (NML), would like to procure the services of a highly experienced and exceptional consultancy team, to prepare a detailed Planning Policy and Delivery Framework including Design Codes for the area (herein referred to as 'the Framework'), which is both visionary, ambitious and deliverable.
