    Please note -
The submission deadline for this tender is 12noon 31st Jan 2025.
The deadline for clarification questions is 5pm on 23rd Jan 2025.

Due to Christmas leave, clarification questions will not be responded to between 21st Dec 2024 and 5th Jan 2025.
You may, of course, ask questions during this period.

Site visits are on 9th Jan and 10th.
Please contact Joanne Woodman, Associate Director of Capital Projects (joanne.woodman00@stgeorges.nhs.uk)

Please do not contact Joanne about anything other than site visits.

There are 114 documents attached to the tender, numbered 001 to 114.
Please read these key documents first -
    a) the ITT (doc 112)
    b) the Prelims (doc 001)
    c) the briefing (doc 114)
    d) the tender quality response document (doc 113)

If you cannot view or download any of the documents, please contact me urgently on my e-mail address at foot.

If you have a problem with some documents or have a clarification question, please raise the question on the Atamis portal.

If you are thinking of not bidding because this is an open tender, please reconsider.
When we run open construction tenders, we typically receive only 3-5 bids which pass the required 60% quality threshold. If you submit a high quality bid, you have a good chance of winning.
