Description

Amesbury Town Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor/s to design and deliver new play areas across six (6) locations, to include playground equipment, surfacing, fencing, pathways and associated landscape works as set out in the requirements and specification for each Lot.
Developer contributions have been secured to deliver these facilities based on the agreement with Wiltshire Council, with each Lot requiring specific and unique requirements for that location. It is essential that each of the new facilities offers something for a range of ages, abilities, and interests in line with the Lot requirements, ultimately delivering excellent recreational facilities and choices for the community across Kings Gate.
Amesbury Town Council is NOT seeking a single contractor to undertake the Works for all Lots. Therefore, each Lot will be scored and awarded on the submission for that individual Lot, based on the scoring criteria enclosed and against the brief supplied. Contractors should review the documents and appendices and select which of the Lots would be the most advantageous and applicable to their proposition. Contractors will not be penalised for not bidding on all Lots.
Interested suppliers should download all document attached to this notice, review them carefully and email the Procurement Contact if you are interested in bidding on any of the Lots. Suppliers can bid on a single or multiple Lots.
Do not contact the Council directly about this tender.
Submissions must be received by the due date and time.
