Dawn Centre Reconfiguration:
To carry out the following work:

- Phase 1: Some of the existing and unused spaces/rooms to be converted into accommodation. Additional of 2 rooms.
- Phase 1: Access doors relocation between the residential spaces and staff spaces.
- Phase 2: Health and safety concerns at the reception area.
- Phase 2: Having a residence entrance and visitor entrance.
- Phase 2: Ground floor unused spaces to be converted into emergency services/visitor services.
- Phase 1 and 2: Installation FFE as per client requirements.
- Phase 1 and 2: Installation of all finishes
- Phase 1 and 2: Installation of all MEP
