Some of the children and young people requiring rights and advocacy support may not reside within the metropolitan borough of Leeds; the mediation service is only provided within the Leeds boundary. This is our first time considering tendering these two services together. To support this future procurement, we would like to gain information from the market regarding their approaches to a number of delivery aspects related to the potential procurement exercise.
